Emmy award winning DJ Jedi makes quite the tribute with his latest release Prince & Friends. Best known on the Los Angeles scene for his residencies at now disbanded open mic venue Green and legendary music function The Root Down, Jedi gained international recognition as the official dj for Grammy award winning hip-hop trio Digable Planets. An avid Prince lover, Jedi succinctly compiles some of our favorite moments from the international music icon and a few of his most well known collaborators on this two-disc release.
